Join us on November 23rd (6-9p.m) in the Grand Tasting Room of the Merrimack Valley Golf Club as we welcome renowned Italian Chef and AIS-certified Sommelier Sarah Fioroni for a night of amazing wine, beautiful stories and fine dining.
Sarah Fioroni will be visiting from her family farm, Fattoria Poggio Alloro, near San Gimignano, Tuscany. Everything Fattoria Poggio Alloro uses in everyday life comes from the farm, making pasta from scratch, utilizing meat from the livestock they breed on the farm, and making wines and olive oil from their vineyards.
Sarah Fioroni is the third daughter of Amico Fioroni and she now runs the farm, together with her family. She is the author of the book “A Family Farm in Tuscany”.
Sarah learned how to cook from her mother, aunts, and grandmothers at age 4, and began to cook professionally at age 20. Sheteaches her cooking style to thousands around the world, hosting cooking demonstrations in United States, Canada, and Europe. She also teaches at their farm, where guests are welcome to visit and participate in cooking classes, wine tastings, as well as spend the night.
