Everything Fattoria Poggio Alloro uses in everyday life comes from the farm, making pasta from scratch, utilizing meat from the livestock they breed on the farm, and making wines and olive oil from their vineyards.

Sarah Fioroni is the third daughter of Amico Fioroni and she now runs the farm, together with her family. She is the author of the book “A Family Farm in Tuscany”.

Sarah learned how to cook from her mother, aunts, and grandmothers at age 4, and began to cook professionally at age 20. Sheteaches her cooking style to thousands around the world, hosting cooking demonstrations in United States, Canada, and Europe. She also teaches at their farm, where guests are welcome to visit and participate in cooking classes, wine tastings, as well as spend the night. Interviews with Sarah have appeared in newspapers, magazines and on television in many countries.
